Tracks 

A track is a specialized area of study within a program that focuses on a specific interest or training path. It allows students to dive deeper into a particular subject, gaining targeted skills and knowledge relevant to their chosen field.

 

  1. Elders and Lead Pastor Track: Focuses on measuring church health, building healthy church systems, establishing a ministry calendar, and advanced missional training for effective leadership in congregations.

  2. Shepherding Track: Equips pastoral care roles with crisis response skills, scriptural counseling, ongoing care, and leadership development to guide congregants toward Christ-likeness.

  3. Teaching and Preaching Track: Focuses on practical message preparation methods, various preaching styles, and effective communication techniques to deliver God's word to diverse audiences.

  4. Prophetic Ministry Track: Focuses on hearing from God, delivering prophetic messages, and building strong relationships with churches to lead an effective itinerant ministry.

  5. Evangelistic Ministry Track: Prepares students to build evangelistic teams, develop church relationships, and inspire others to actively participate in outreach and sharing the gospel.

  6. General Ministry Track: Offers a broad range of skills including group facilitation, volunteer management, team building, and scheduling for a well-rounded ministry approach.

  7. Unconventional Ministry Leadership Track: Tackles unique leadership challenges with innovative strategies tailored to non-traditional or specialized ministry settings, such as prayer hub leaders, house church leaders, community shepherds, and itinerant ministries.

  8. Spiritual Formation Track: Designed for students who are discerning their next steps in spiritual life and want to prepare for greater kingdom effectiveness.

 

If you're not ready to commit to a track yet, don't worry—you have some time. During the initial core classes, you'll have the opportunity to explore different tracks in more detail and decide on the best path for your calling.

 

Course Catalog

All students will complete a set of basic core classes, followed by track-specific courses tailored to their chosen area of focus. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to select from a variety of elective courses to further customize their learning experience.

 

The following list is a sample of the courses available. The catalog will continue to grow and expand, and course availability is subject to change.

  1. Inner Health of the Leader: Focuses on personal development for ministry leaders, addressing identity, motivations, trauma, and servant-based leadership

  2. Navigating Family Life in Ministry: Addresses the unique challenges faced by ministry families, offering strategies to balance ministry demands with the well-being and spiritual growth of children and spouses.

  3. Leadership Basics: Explores leadership types, strategies for building trust, and methods for motivating people toward a shared vision, ensuring effective leadership.

  4. Vision and Strategy: Guides students in creating and implementing strategic vision, managing change, and aligning ministry teams with the vision.

  5. Holy Spirit/Supernatural Ministry: Teaches spiritual gifts, effective prayer ministry practices and deliverance, equipping students for powerful supernatural ministry.

  6. Image Bearers, Christianity, and Discipleship: Explores the concept of being made in the Image of God, Christ's nature and work, Christian beliefs, and discipleship, integrating the fivefold ministry and the call to take up your cross.

  7. Fivefold Ministry Overview: Provides an introduction to the fivefold ministry roles, examining historical versus biblical views of church governance and leadership.

  8. Biblical and Church History Foundations: Offers a clear and engaging look at the Bible's key themes and structure, while tracing the development of Christian beliefs and the history of the church.

  9. Core Beliefs and Practices of the Christian Faith: Explores the foundational teachings and practices of Christianity, helping participants understand essential beliefs, navigate differences, and deepen their faith.

  10. Navigating the Challenges of Ministry: Addresses dealing with betrayal, rejection, and criticism within ministry, offering guidance for overcoming these challenges and protecting your heart.  

  11. Leading and Managing a Ministry Team Toward Kingdom Effectiveness: Equips students with skills to lead and manage ministry teams effectively, fostering kingdom growth and collaboration.

  12. Launching a 501(c)(3) Organization: Provides a comprehensive guide to establishing and sustaining a 501(c)(3) ministry, including practical launch steps, organizational, and team-building aspects.

  13. Establishing a Healthy Itinerant Ministry: Equips itinerant ministers to complement local churches, build ministry teams, develop partnerships, and implement best practices for funding the ministry.

  14. Publishing a Book: Guides aspiring authors through the self-publishing journey, including editing, design, and the steps to publish and distribute their book.

  15. The Disciple-Making Church: Guides churches in cultivating a disciple-making culture by exploring the biblical marks of true discipleship and learning from historical examples of effective disciple-making.

  16. Historical Insights and Modern Impact of Significant Revival Movements:  Explores significant historical revival movements and their impact on modern ministry, uncovering insights and lessons for encouraging spiritual renewal today.​
